The HA-SX12/HD is equipped with a diaphragm made by Giftoku Co., Ltd., which is made from Mitsumata, a material also used in the production of Japanese paper with its strong fibers, and a free edge driver that uses a magnetic circuit with a theoretical value of 1 Tesla.
The internal wiring and detachable cable use high-quality oxygen-free copper (OFC: Oxygen-Free Copper) cords from Hisago Denzai Co., Ltd., delivering a sense of realism with rich bass, natural mid- and high-range sounds, and a mid-range feel.

- Supports re-cabling. Cable customization allows for user-specific tuning.
- Comes with a high-quality oxygen-free copper (OFC: Oxygen-Free Copper) cord [3-pole S-type - 3-pole L-type plug] manufactured by Hisago Denzai Co., Ltd.
- Jack section uses a Φ3.5 4-pole jack. Supports balanced connection with separate L and R grounds.

[Sound quality]
