About repairs

Process after request
① If it is within the warranty period ② If it is outside the warranty period or if repairs are paid for
1. If it is within the warranty period
First, please check the following [Notes] and [Warranty Terms].
[Notes]
・Even during the warranty period, repairs may be subject to a charge, so please read the warranty terms carefully.
・If you do not have a warranty or delivery note, or if we are unable to confirm your purchase history, repairs will be at your expense.
・Even if the product is within the warranty period, if a paid repair is required and you cancel the repair after receiving the estimate, we will charge a cancellation fee (diagnosis fee) for the repair.
The charge will be 2,000 yen (excluding tax) + shipping fee (excluding tax).

[Warranty provisions]
The following cases are not covered by the warranty and will require a paid repair.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling our products contrary to the instructions and precautions described in the instruction manual included with our products.
-Failures caused by misuse, abuse or careless handling.
- If the product was purchased from an auction site, flea market app, etc.
In the case of modified products.
-Failures caused by improper repairs or failures that show signs of disassembly or modification.
- Fire, earthquake, storm or flood damage, lightning strike, other natural disasters, pollution, salt damage, water damage, malfunctions due to abnormal voltage, or changes in appearance such as scratches occurring during use.
- If the storage conditions were not appropriate.
Once you have confirmed and agreed to the above [Notes] and [Warranty Provisions], please follow the steps below.
1. Please attach the warranty card (or the delivery note for products without a warranty card) to the product.
2. Please send it to the address we will provide you when you contact us.
3. Repairs or replacement with a new product will be provided free of charge in accordance with the terms of the warranty.
*Except in cases of initial defects, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
*The repair period is listed separately, so please check there.
② Outside the warranty period and in the case of paid repairs
First, please check the following [Notes].

・Depending on the nature of the malfunction, we may refuse to repair the product.
・If you cancel the repair after receiving the estimate, we will charge you a cancellation fee (diagnosis work fee) of 2,200 yen (tax included) + shipping.
・Depending on the repair content, the cost may be more than purchasing a new product.
- We cannot repair our products purchased through auction sites, flea market apps, etc.
Modified products cannot be repaired.
- We cannot accept repairs if the malfunction has been caused by improper repair or if there are traces of disassembly or modification.
Once you have confirmed and agreed to the above [Notes], please follow the steps below.
1. After contacting us through "Inquiries", please ship the product. *Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
2. We will issue you an estimate for repair costs.
3. After you have agreed to the repair estimate, please make the payment to the bank account specified by our company.
4. After we confirm your payment, we will start repairs.
5. We will ship the product once the repair is completed.

* Once repairs are complete, we will notify you before shipping.

2. Plug replacement only (cord length will be shortened by approximately 4cm)
Repair cost (including parts) ¥2,500
Return shipping fee (for Tokyo): 610 yen
Consumption tax (10%): ¥311-
Total price: ¥3,421 (tax included)
*The above shipping charges are for delivery within Tokyo.
Please note that shipping costs vary depending on your area.

②EA-HF1 (discontinued product) / EA-HF1+
Due to the structure of this product, the repair cost will be higher than the product price.
If the product is damaged, we recommend purchasing a new one.
*EA-HF1 will be discontinued in December 2024.
If we or our distributors have stock available for sale, we can sell the product.
If we don't have stock, we can't sell it.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Estimated repair period
After the repair request arrives at our company, it will take about 2 to 3 months for the repair to be completed. This is only a guideline, so the repair may be completed sooner or later.
