- Will qualified invoices be issued?
The delivery note enclosed with the product will include the registration number of the qualified invoice issuer, so you can use that delivery note as a qualified invoice.
Additionally, if you enter your personal name in the buyer information section when placing your order, you can receive a simplified invoice.
If you enter the company name in the purchaser information section, the delivery note will also have the company name written on it, so it can be used as a qualified invoice.
- Will an invoice be issued?
A delivery note (with the registration number of a qualified invoice issuer) is always issued and included with the product.
*Separate shipping will not be available.
Please keep it together with the warranty card.
In addition, the addressee on the delivery note cannot be changed in the system. Please be aware of this.
- Can I issue a receipt?
We do not issue receipts for the answers you provide. Depending on your payment method, the following documents will serve as your official receipt:

A statement issued by your credit card company
■Bank transfer
Transfer statement issued by each financial institution ■ Carrier payment
Your contracted mobile phone company's usage (billing) statement
■Convenience store payment
The receipt you receive at the register when paying at a convenience store is the official receipt.

The usage details data from your PayPay statement will serve as your receipt.

Your purchase confirmation email will be your official receipt.
Please understand that we will not be able to issue the ticket due to duplicate issuance.
- I haven't received an email after purchasing.
An automatic email will be sent to inform you that your order has been completed.
Please check to see if the email has been sorted into your spam folder.
We recommend that you set up your email to receive emails from ~~~.
If you do not receive a purchase confirmation email, the most common reasons are as follows:
① There is an error in the email address
- Unnecessary or missing characters have been entered
- The account portion (before the @) contains an illegal character string such as ".."

Emails automatically sent from STORES are created in accordance with webmail standards.
If you use carrier email, you may not be able to receive or view emails properly, so we recommend registering for webmail.
- Could you please resend my purchase confirmation email?
Please enter your answer. We are sorry, but please note that the system does not allow us to resend the purchase confirmation email.
- Please tell me the shipping method
Delivery will be by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.'s "Takkyubin" or "Nekoposu" service.

- How long will it take to ship?

- About pre-orders
Pre-order items cannot be added to the same cart as regular items.
